Celebrate and Give Back: Negroni Week 2023 to Kick Off on Sept. 18

From the traditional mix of gin, Campari, and vermouth to creative variations, Negroni lovers around the world will unite to showcase their passion for this bittersweet classic with the return of Negroni Week.

Happening from Sept. 18-24, this event will feature promotions and charitable initiatives across bars and restaurants worldwide, while spotlighting the flavours and history of the beloved Negroni.

Launched in 2013 by Imbibe Magazine, Negroni Week has grown with thousands of participating venues around the world and raised more than US$4 million for charitable organisations. Like last year, proceeds will go to Slow Food, an international non-government organisation that advocates for good, clean, and fair food. By participating in this initiative, F&B outlets can help support sustainable farming and production, conservation of biodiversity, and the protection of traditional food cultures and local economies.

Registration is open until Sept. 15 to restaurants and bars who are interested in listing their venue, with a minimum donation of US$25. Venues that donate US$250 and above will automatically become a Premium Donor, which includes a badge on their profile page, a special starred pin in the Negroni Week map, and prioritized ranking in the Negroni Week search results.
