Chef Cary Docherty has made a celebrated return to the Lobster Bar and Grill at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. After a brief hiatus, Docherty is back at the helm, where he originally garnered acclaim for his innovative take on traditional brasserie dishes. Docherty’s philosophy of respecting the establishment's rich heritage while steering towards the future promises to enhance the dining experience with both revamped classics and novel offerings.
