Crushed Wine Bar Unveils Fresh Spring-Summer Menu

Crushed Wine Bar has launched a new spring and summer menu, showcasing a variety of fresh snacks, light bites, substantial dishes, and cheese boards. Known for its inviting atmosphere and exceptional wine selection, Crushed continues to impress with homestyle plates perfect for sharing.

The new bar snacks include House Marinated Butter Beans (HK$60), ideal for spreading on Crushed’s renowned Bread & Butter (HK$88), which now features a new Red Wine Butter alongside the popular Yuzu Kosho Butter. These can be paired with a glass of Paulus Wine Co’s Bosberaad Chenin Blanc (HK$130).

For those seeking more substantial fare, options include the refreshed Burrata (HK$138) with smoked lemon honey dressing and pickled celtuce, and the Beef Tartare (HK$158) with watercress, pecan, and egg cream. The Citrus Heirloom Carrots (HK$115) served with roast aubergine purée, puffed rice, and chilli crisp, make for delightful lighter bites.

Main dishes feature the New York Strip (HK$450) accompanied by an anchovy and red wine jus, and the Roasted Spring Roots (HK$168) with dill yoghurt sorbet and beet purée, offering a rich culinary experience.

South African vinophile Leigh-Ann Luckett curates the wine selection, favoring biodiverse and low-interference wines. The bar’s signature Wine Flights (HK$180 for three half glasses/ HK$280 for five half glasses) are tailored to individual tastes. Crushed’s wine menu includes a selection of sparkling, white, red, and skin-contact wines, as well as unique options like sherry or dessert wine.

Crushed Wine Bar also serves as a neighborhood wine store with an easy-to-navigate online shop offering bottles starting at under HK$200.

Open six days a week, Crushed Wine Bar welcomes guests from Tuesday to Friday, 4-11 PM, Saturday from 3 PM, and Sunday from 3-8 PM with a limited menu. Reservations can be made online via Bistrochat. Follow @crushedwines for updates on wine school events, visiting winemakers, and more.
