Dim Sum Library Releases Exclusive Menu

Get ready to celebrate, because Dim Sum Library’s New Limited Time Dim Sum Creations and Drinks menu has just been released. Available only until Oct. 31st, “Dim Sum Master” Chef Wah and Executive Chef Junno Li will introduce five new dishes and four customized drinks using popular and traditional Chinese teas.
The first item is the classic Longjing Tea Har Gau. Originating from the initial success of Dim Sum Library’s Har Gau Series, they return to introduce the new flavored menu item. With its sweet taste retained in the dumplings wrapping, the dish is a flavorful delicacy to enjoy.
Second on the new menu is the Smoked Local Chicken With Puer Tea Flavour. The delicious item is smoked with puer tea, longjing tea, brown sugar, and rice.

Third and sweet, the Earl Grey Tea Lava Bao encapsulates Dim Sum Library’s entire aesthetic with the citrusy tea combined with a molten milk and cream filing.
Fourth and fulling, the Jasmine Tea Pudding is an adaptation of a classic Italian dessert with some Chinese twist. The rich jasmine flavor’s sweetness, captured by the velvet and creamy ingredients make the menu item refreshing.
The fifth and last item, the Oolong Tea Crème Brulee, is a Chinese-style interpretation of tbe classic French dessert. Dubbed the “black dragon," golden caramelized sugar adds another delicate layer to the aromatic dish.
Also on offer, Blackened Rose Buds and Sheng Jiang are amazing beverages to complement your sweet orders. Other cocktails include the Apple Mint Longjing Tea and the Jasmine Punch, best adding to the unique tea-inspired menu.
