Eat in Style at NET A PORTER, MR PORTER x Dough Beings Bomboloni Pop-Up

In a delightful fusion of high fashion and culinary artistry, NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER have teamed up with the renowned Hong Kong bakery, Dough Beings, to create an exclusive range of festive bomboloni. This unique collaboration is set to take place at BaseHall 02 just in time for the Lunar New Year celebrations.

During the first week of the pop-up, Dough Beings will unveil the bespoke NET-A-PORTER flavour, Sesame Ginger Mochi Bomboloni. This exquisite pastry features a luscious black sesame mousseline cream, paired with black sesame ginger praline and mochi, and is beautifully finished with a black and white sesame brittle adorned with gold flake.

Additionally, a special savoury bomboloni has been curated for BaseHall - the Carbonara Bomboloni (金華火腿). This innovative creation boasts a creamy Parmigiano mornay sauce, enriched with Jinhua ham and Guanciale, and a Chinese cured pork belly egg aioli center. Topped with a parmesan Jinhua ham crisp, the bomboloni is a visual and gustatory feast with its yellow, bright brown-red, and gold hues.

The second week will see MR PORTER's Peanut Ginger Mochi Bomboloni take centre stage. This flavour features a tantalizing peanut mousseline cream, combined with peanut ginger praline and mochi filling, and is topped off with a ground peanut candy and gold flake topping for an irresistible crunch. The Carbonara Bomboloni (金華火腿) from BaseHall will also continue to be a highlight.

Priced at HK$118, each collaboration box set contains two delicious pastries and will be exclusively available at the NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER branded pop-up bakery shop by Dough Beings at BaseHall in Central.
