Experience a Joyous Weekend Brunch at JUNO in Sheung Wan
JUNO, located in bustling Wing Lok Street of Sheung Wan, offers a joyous weekend brunch experience that embodies the essence of sunny southern European cuisine. Named after the Roman goddess of love, JUNO invites guests to enjoy a laid-back yet exuberant meal with family and friends, tucking into the much-anticipated debut of the award-winning chef’s Brunch Menu.
Priced at HK$308 per person and served on Saturday and Sunday, JUNO’s brunch features a tantalizing array of Italian and contemporary Mediterranean creations.
Guests can start their brunch journey by choosing two starters from five exciting options, including the super-smooth Butternut Pumpkin Soup, the chef's Provençal Caviar d’Aubergine, and the moreish Chick Pea Hummus. For that crave seafood, the Lobster & Prawns Open Omelette bursts with fresh flavours of the sea in a sumptuous Spanish-style egg dish.
For mains, diners can indulge in signature dishes like the Juno Truffle Tagliolini, featuring thin, ribbon-like egg pasta laced with shaved truffle and parmesan. Another highlight is the sustainable fish-baked Côte d’Azur-style with fresh tomato, courgette, aubergine, and sage. The menu also offers decadent options like Truffled Angus Beef Cheek and Seafood Fideos ‘a la Cazuela’.
Finish the brunch feast on a sweet note with classic desserts like Tarte Tatin or Tiramisu dusted with Valrhona cocoa powder. Elevate the experience with a 90-minute free-flow beverage option, featuring handpicked wines, Estrella de Galicia beer, and Negroni cocktails.
