For that crave seafood, the Lobster & Prawns Open Omelette bursts with fresh flavours of the sea in a sumptuous Spanish-style egg dish.

For mains, diners can indulge in signature dishes like the Juno Truffle Tagliolini, featuring thin, ribbon-like egg pasta laced with shaved truffle and parmesan. Another highlight is the sustainable fish-baked Côte d’Azur-style with fresh tomato, courgette, aubergine, and sage. The menu also offers decadent options like Truffled Angus Beef Cheek and Seafood Fideos ‘a la Cazuela’.
