If you’ve ever dreamed of sipping cocktails à la Tanya McQuoid from HBO® Original Series,The White Lotus, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has just the escape for you!

The hotel presents Poolside Escape Cabanas, inspired by the different Four Seasons filming locations.

Available until May 16, 2025, and set in a relaxing tropical oasis, this poolside cocktail menu brings a taste of the show’s opulent world to the sixth-floor Pool Terrace.

Guests can sip like a star from a range of fruity cocktails, such as The Pineapple Suite (Maui), a tequila-infused dream with pineapple juice, ube, and coconut, The Lotus (Taormina, Italy), featuring a fragrant mix of Tanqueray gin, peach liqueur, and jasmine-infused white wine, or Coconut Paradise (Koh Samui, Thailand), a vodka-based delight with pandan lemongrass cordial and coconut flakes.

Alongside these beverages, Executive Chef Maxime Luvara and Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan have curated a menu of indulgent bites, including a Pool Terrace Poke Bowl, featuring tuna sashimi, avocado, and sushi rice in sesame ponzu.

Or guests can opt for their refreshing Traditional Niçoise Salad, a Mediterranean classic with tuna ventresca, olives, and red wine vinaigrette. For a sweet finish, indulge in the five-star Chocolate Éclair, stuffed with orange zest dark ganache, and topped with Chantilly cream and hazelnuts.
