Shake Shack fans, great news! Hop in on the matcha craze soon, as the burger chain is launching its Matcha Cookies & Cream Shake for a limited time only.

Aiming to delight matcha and Japanese food lovers in Hong Kong, the diner’s newest offering is made with award-winning Uji Matcha powder crafted by Kyoto’s Uji Matcha Master Kitagawa Hanbee. This powder is made with 100% Kyoto leaves, giving the drink an authentic matcha taste.

The new beverage is also made with Shake Shack’s signature vanilla frozen custard to make a velvety texture and sprinkled with a lavish serving of golden buttery cookie bits to balance the sweetness and the earthy flavour of Matcha.
