Have a Taste of Europe at LPM Restaurant & Bar’s ‘La Vie en Rosé’ Brunch

Enjoy the vibrant flavours of the French Riviera right in the city of Hong Kong at LPM Restaurant & Bar’s upcoming return of their “La Vie en Rosé” brunch starting on May 19 from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Set to serve some of the guest favourites from last year’s edition and new offerings, the brunch consists of appetisers, curated main and side dishes, desserts, and a free-flow drink menu. Guests this year are surely in for a treat!
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a selection of 14 appetisers, including LPM’s own version of Egg Benedict with Crab Hollandaise, Swiss Chard Omelette, and more. It will be followed right after with the main selection of Pan Fried Red Bream Fillet with Pickle Tabasco Sauce, Marinated Baby Chicken, Roasted Beef with Red Wine Sauce, Homemade Tagliolini with Prawns, and Summer Pea Risotto, delighting each guest’s palette.
To freshen up the taste buds, the resto-bar is also bringing Mediterranean flavours to the table with Pain Perdu Façon ‘Cyrus’, a guest favourite that consists of French toast with spice ice cream. New sweet treats also await, including the Vanilla Cheesecake with a Berry Compote and Berries and Chantilly Waffles, and of course, the classic Mille-Feuille of Crepes and Tiramisu for those who want to keep it simple.
While for drinks, if you’re looking for a refreshing drink, the Legras & Haas Rosé Brut takes centre stage for this edition. It consists of crunchy red fruit, which perfectly complements the pinots’ freshness. While guests can also sip on Tiramisu Martini for a unique taste or settle for the crowd favourites La Place Garibaldi and Riviera Blanc.
Starting at HK$688 for food, mocktails, and juice, guests can also indulge in the whole brunch package for HK$998, which includes food, a selection of five different cocktails, and premium Rosé or Champagne.
