Mark your calendar, foodies! Chef Barry Quek from one-Michelin-starred restaurant Whey and Filipino fine-dining space Metiz’s Chef Stefan Duhesme are cooking together for a special four-hands collaboration on Feb. 22-23.
Priced at HK$1,988 per person, this event will let diners indulge in a special eight-course meal by the highly acclaimed chefs.
Bringing in locally sourced Filipino ingredients to the table, Chef Stefan is ready to join forces with Chef Barry’s European cuisine with Singaporean influence. Together, prepare to get a taste of a unique fusion of European cuisine with a touch of Filipino ingredients and Singaporean heritage for a feast of flavours.
Makati-based Metiz, which opened in 2019, ranked 48th on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 list.
