Ho Lee Fook will be presenting a special summer menu, called the Good Fortune Club with renowned one Michelin-starred Ningbo restaurant, Yong Fu Hong Kong on Sunday4 August2024 for all dim sum lovers.
Guests will indulge in the signature flavors of Hong Kong and traditions of Ningbo cuisine with the new menu which will feature six collaborative dim sum creations by Chef ArChan and Dim Sum Chef Winson Yip from Ho Lee Fook and Chef Lui Zhen of Yong Fu.
This one-day-only dining experience is priced at HKD $1,188 + 10% per guest, with a complimentary bottle of Champagne included.
The menu features Yong Fu Hong Kong iconic plates like the Marinated Baby Lobster in Puff Pastry, Fermented Green Chilli Sauce and Cod Fish Dumpling, Pan-Freid Seaweed Cake, Fan-Fried Homemade Jiao Zi (dumplings), and Ningbo Sesame Glutinous Rice Dumpling to end the meal on a sweet note.
A selection of elevated dim sum classics from Ho Lee Fook will also be available to order, which includes Har Har Har Gow with Prawns, Pork and Mushroom Sui Mai, Kurobuta Pork Char Sui Pineapple Puffs and Wok-Seared Pepper studded with Prawn Paste.
Located in Central, Hong Kong, Ho Lee Fook's Good Fortune Club menu will be available at 12 PM on Sunday 4 August.
