A celebration of everybody’s favorite Japanese beverage is coming back to Hong Kong this year. The 2024 Hong Kong Sake Festival will be held from Aug. 14-16 hosted by The Mira Hong Kong and the Federation of Japanese Sake Industry of Hong Kong (FJSIHK).
The “bigger, better and longer” festival is a special opportunity to sample more than 500 types of sake from 150 breweries, all from 43 prefectures submitted to the 2024 Oriental Sake Awards (OSA).
In addition to this, the unique Sake Sensation program will provide 4 weeks of Omasake Dinners with Competition Grade Sake from Aug. 4 to Sept. 12, hosted by WHISK, a modern European restaurant.

The 2024 Oriental Sake Awards will be held in mid-September, and subsequently, the Sake Sensation Sunday Brunches with award-winning sake will be taking place leading up to World Sake Day in October.
The OSA commenced in 2022 and have been recognized as the go-topurchasing guide for everyone. With a group of professionals with immense expertise and experience in the alcoholic beverage department behind the Awards, they are certified to give the most trustworthy evaluations.
