The Mira Hong Kong, in collaboration with the Federation of Japanese Sake Industry of Hong Kong (FJSIHK), is delighted to present the Hong Kong Sake Festival at The Mira hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui from Aug. 17 to 18.

Showcasing more than 350 types of sake, attendees can immerse themselves in the world of sake and experience a full spectrum of flavours from the 43 sake-producing prefectures in Japan.

Guests will meet VIP industry experts, including Haruo Matsuzaki, Chairman of the Japan Sake Export Association. A workshop hosted by representatives of the Japan Awasake Association will allow attendees to delve into sparkling sake.

Indulgence is key at the Hong Kong Sake Festival, and guests can enjoy a delightful selection of ten all-you-can-eat Asian bites, such as Poached Rock Oyster with Spiced Tomato, and Marinated Barbecued Pork Rice Buns.

Additionally, attendees can participate in a lucky draw on both nights for the chance to win amazing prizes worth HK$8,000, including two Cathay Pacific flight vouchers valued at HK$3,000 each, a one-night stay at The Mira, and other fantastic rewards.
