Indulge in an 11-course fusion of Indian and Ningbo flavors this November at Leela & Yong Fu.

Leela x Yong Fu

In a rare and exciting fusion of gastronomic traditions, modern Indian hotspot Leela and one-MICHELIN-starred Yong Fu Hong Kong are set to host a two-night dining event that will celebrate the vibrant flavors of India and the refined tastes of Ningbo cuisine. The collaboration, which has been months in the making, will feature an exclusive 11-course set dinner on Nov. 12 at Leela and Nov. 13 at Yong Fu, priced at HK$1,580 per person.

The partnership is a result of a shared admiration between two acclaimed chefs—Chef Manav Tuli of Leela and Chef Liu Zhen of Yong Fu—who have been keen to explore the intersections of their distinct culinary heritages. “I have visited Yong Fu over the years and have always been impressed by Chef Liu’s creativity. Even though our cuisines are different, there’s so much to learn and share,” said Chef Tuli.
