Leading seafood sandwich connoisseurs Lobster Boss has found a permanent home at Victoria Dockside’s prestigious K11 Musea development.

Lobster Boss has taken the Hong Kong foodie scene by storm since its debut in September 2022. The concept offers jet-fresh lobster, shrimp, and crab rolls that have earned the restaurant a loyal following. From Tong Chong Street Market in Quarry Bay, to Kai Tak Airside, and SOGO’s basement food hall, Lobster Boss has been popping up all over Hong Kong.

Lobster Boss's signature rolls are jam-packed with Canadian lobster, fresh juicy prawn, or crab meat. Each roll is dressed in tailor-made sauces and served on a lightly toasted brioche bun for a crisp, buttery finish for HK$140

For side dishes, diners can choose from Burt’s savoury kettle-cooked chips, which complement the flavoursome rolls with a tangy burst of sea salt and vinegar, or try the homemade Lobster Bisque (HK$40), rich and creamy, and the perfect complement to any roll.

The grand opening of Lobster Boss at K11 Musea is scheduled for Apr. 22 and 23, with the restaurant offering a special 2-4-1 deal on its signature rolls between 3PM and 5PM each day, available while stocks last.

"We import our lobster meat directly from fishermen, who sustainably harvest their catch from the pristine cold waters of Nova Scotia. Only a few, secret ingredients are needed to enhance the natural flavour of the lobster claw and leg meat used in our rolls,” says Steak King and Lobster Boss founder Johnny Glover.
