Intervals, Plaza Premium Group’s newly launched cocktail bar at the Hong Kong International Airport, has unveiled a full-service menu and in-flight takeaway sets to give jet-setters more dining options while on the go.

Starting at HK$168 per set, the takeaway option includes four signature pinchos, with a choice of coffee, tea, or a canned version of Intervals’ cocktails made in tandem with homegrown craft beer brand Young Master Brewery.

Passengers may also purchase the cocktails individually for HK$48. There are three canned cocktails on offer: the bitter citrusy Yuzu Gin, Hong Kong diner-inspired Salted Lime Highball, and the Mala Mule, which blends Mala spices from Sichuan.

Intervals also introduced menu items from breakfast through to dinner. Available from 7 AM - 11 AM, breakfast choices include Smoked Scottish Salmon Eggs Benedict, Intervals All Day Breakfast, Smashed Avocado Toast with Poached Egg, and Classic French Toast. For lunch and dinner, guests can indulge in new items, such as Lobster & Prawn Spaghetti and an Omni Beef Burger from 11 AM until closing.
