Whisky brand Royal Salute is launching its sixth edition of its iconic Polo Collection: the Royal Salute 21 Year Old Miami Polo Edition at the Grand Hyatt's luxurious alfresco Waterfall Bar!
From 14 October until 1 November 2024, the hotel’s stunning Waterfall Bar and pool area will be transformed into a Miami polo-themed tropical oasis. On the docket are a series of pop-up events that scream glamour.
The Royal Salute 21 Year Old Miami Polo Edition pays homage to Miami’s polo lifestyle, offering a rich flavor profile from its first-fill rye and bourbon cask finish. This all-American oak cask finish results in an exceptionally smooth whiskey, highlighted by prominent vanilla and coconut flavors.
Each sip is a nod to the extravagant post-match gatherings that define the sport's charm, captured in a striking pink flagon that’s as stylish as it is eco-friendly.
Get your groove on and soak in the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour at three poolside parties hosted by the Grand Hyatt. Featuring exclusive cocktails crafted by their Chief Mixologist, Miguel Fernandez, the parties will take place every Friday night from 5-9pm on October 18, 25, and November 1.
Each of Fernandez’s special cocktails will incorporate the Royal Salute whiskey: sip on a refreshing Royal Bird, a sophisticated Scotsmen in Miami, or a unique A. Cambiaso by unwinding by the pool.
