Salisterra and Cookie Department Collaborate on Afternoon Tea Set

Mediterranean restaurant Salisterra is collaborating with homegrown brand Cookie Department for a breakfast-themed afternoon tea set, featuring your favourite scones, sweets, and of course, cookies.

Available from now until January 2024, the tea set is perfect for indulging in a leisurely catch-up with friends or treating yourself to a delightful solo indulgence. Start off with freshly baked scones boasting a tender crumb texture and a subtly sweet flavour, making them the perfect canvas for a dollop of Cornish clotted cream and a generous spread of strawberry jam.

Delight next in mini buttermilk pancakes and apple French toast drizzled with indulgent salted caramel, before turning your attention to the strawberry, lemon, and rosemary meringue thumbprint cookies. These delicately crafted cookies are a harmonious blend of tart lemon, fragrant rosemary, and sweet, juicy strawberries, all nestled within a light, airy meringue base.

Other items on the menu are fresh fruit and granola acai bowl, chicken avocado toast, cream cheese and Lox on bagel, and cheddar buttermilk biscuit and egg salad.

A tea set for one is priced between HK$380 (Mondays to Thursdays) and HK$418 (weekends and public holidays). If you don’t want to go solo, get the tea set for two for HK$680 (Monday through Thursdays) or HK$718 (weekends and public holidays).
