HUE Diningat the Hong Kong Museum of Artis introducing a luxurious five-course Celebration Menu, perfect for those looking to indulge while enjoying stunning views of the harbor in Tsim Sha Tsui.
This elegant dining experience combines art and design with Modern Australian cuisine. Available from HK$1,280 per person from Sunday to Thursday and HK$1,380 on Fridays, Saturdays, and the eve of Public Holidays, this menu promises a feast for the senses.

Start your meal with a choice of freshly shucked Oysters served with lemon and a vibrant apple-raspberry mignonette, or Bluefin Tuna accompanied by squid ceviche and heirloom tomato.
The culinary journey continues with a second starter: Ricotta-Filled Pappardelle, featuring sage paste, Pecorino cheese, and cured egg yolk, showcasing authentic Italian flavors.
For the main course, diners can select the HUE Wellington — a King Salmon Wellington wrapped in a lemon herb pancake. Alternatively, guests may choose the Clayton Organic Beef Wellington, which highlights a center-cut filet steak enveloped in duxelles mushrooms, foie gras, and spinach.
For an added touch of luxury, guests can upgrade to a Caviar & Ice Cream option for HK$110 per person, refreshing the palate before the main course.

For dessert, indulge in their delightful Pavlova, perfect for sharing, topped with macerated cherries, meringue, and fresh herbs. Or you can try their iconic Pistachio Layer Cake, a luscious treat featuring layers of pistachio sponge.
