Singapore's 4 AM Pizza Joins INTERVAL Pop-Up in Cyberport on Sept. 29

INTERVAL Farmacy, the popular all-day dining café by Twins Kitchen, is gearing up to bring an extraordinary pizza experience to Hong Kong in collaboration with 4 AM Pizza and renowned chef Christopher Ho on Sept. 29.

Known for their casual delights and vibrant flavours, INTERVAL Farmacy has been charming diners with their café food, handmade pasta, and wood-fired sourdough pizzas, paying homage to the culinary traditions of Naples.

INTERVAL joins 4 AM Pizza, a hidden-gem pizza shop based in Singapore's Interim Market, to showcase the Singaporean pizza brand’s unexpected and delicious flavour combinations, including Indomie Pizza, featuring Indomie seasoning emulsion, chorizo oil, crispy noodles, and a drizzle of hot honey.

During the pop-up event, three exclusive flavours will be available to try, including Thai Curry with Dry-aged Tea-Smoked Threadfin, HK Banh Mi with Lap Cheong (臘腸), and Handmade Beef Sausage with Bean Curd.
