The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. Opens First Concept Store in Hong Kong
Singapore's beloved The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. (ICC) has arrived in Hong Kong with the launch of its first concept store on Gough Street, Central, this October. Known for its indulgent Ice Cream Sandwiches and bold Asian-inspired flavors, ICC offers a lineup of innovative, plant-based, and dairy-free options that are perfect to share with your family and friends.
What started as a farmers' market stall in 2012 has grown into one of Singapore's go-to premium ice cream brands, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, such as coconut nectar and gut-friendly prebiotic fiber, and reduced sugar content to create treats that is both delicious and thoughtful.
"We're so excited to bring out delicious, much-loved ice cream creations to Hong Kong," said Co-founder Natasha Chiam.
The two-storey concept store promises a bright and inviting space, decked out in sleek white walls, navy accents, and Parisian-inspired decor, bringing a touch of homey, European flair to Hong Kong's vibrant food scene.
The store will serve up ICC's signature Ice Cream Sandwiches, priced at HK$89, and scoops, starting from HK$68 per scoop, for takeaway. For those seeking for a little more than just ice cream, their dine-in menu also features special desserts like the Onde Onde Brûlée (HK$129) and Sticky Date Pudding (HK$129), a tribute to Chiam's mother's recipe.
Their specialty drinks, such as Black Cow (HK$75), a Coca-cola drink with a scoop of dark chocolate ice cream or White Cow (HK$75), Sprite with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, are not to be missed as well.
In addition to classic flavors such as chocolate and vanilla, the Hong Kong store will introduce unique flavors that is sure to capture people's "love at first bite" moment.
The store is open from 12 PM to 9:30 PM daily. For those who can't wait to try out ICC's delectable treats, their ice cream sandwiches and pints are now available at Circle K, PARKnSHOP, AEON and YATA stores across Hong Kong.
