This Cheesecake Danish is Available at Bakehouse Wan Chai Until Jan. 31

Bakehouse, the beloved artisanal bakery in Hong Kong, is celebrating the sixth anniversary of its Wan Chai store with a limited-edition cheesecake that will delight sweet-toothed Hong Kongers.

Named the Mango Brûlée Cheesecake Danish, the limited pastry is available exclusively at the Wan Chai store for the whole month of January for HK$88. Only 50 pieces will be made daily starting at 2 PM, and each customer can purchase up to two pieces.

The new Mango Brûlée Cheesecake Danish is made with a crunchy cheesecake Danish, topped with sweet mango and a thick layer of rich cream. It is also sprinkled with brown sugar and baked with a cooking torch to achieve a crunchy caramelised top layer.

When cut, the cheesecake oozes with a mouthwatering harmony of mango and cream cheese flavours.

Bakehouse Wan Chai was launched in 2018 by award-winning pastry chef Grégoire Michaud. Today, Bakehouse has multiple locations across Hong Kong, serving fresh and delectable pastries to its customers.
