WATERMARK, a renowned and longstanding venue for private events at Central’s Pier 7, has officially reopened to the public under the management of Café Deco Group. Previously available exclusively for private dining and events, the waterfront restaurant is now open for all-day public dining, offering a fresh take on coastal cuisine with spectacular 270-degree views of Victoria Harbor.

The revitalized menu celebrates seafood sourced from the world’s top maritime regions and premium dry-aged beef. Signature dishes include the impressive Seafood Platter (from HK$588), featuring Boston lobster, freshly shucked oysters, prawns, scallops, squid, and clams, served with a variety of house made dipping sauces. The Grilled Live Boston Lobster (from HK$250), marinated in saikyo miso and chilli, is another highlight, alongside Grilled Lobster Spaghetti and the flavorful Black Ink Risotto.

Spanning 3,300 square feet, WATERMARK accommodates up to 88 diners and 150 guests for events, with room for 300 in cocktail settings. With its modern decor inspired by the iconic Star Ferry, the venue is now a go-to spot for public dining, business meals, romantic evenings, and lively celebrations.
