Indulgent and luxury at French steakhouse BIFTECK

To celebrate the couples' day, French steakhouse BIFTECK is offering their exclusive Sois Ma Valentine, a decadent 5-course menu for lovers (and friends) to savour from Feb. 11 to 14 between 6 and 10PM for HK$1,080 per person.

The menu includes a hors d'oeuvre trio, slow cooked Miyazaki A5 rump carpaccio, Japanese lobster tsukemen paired with shrimp bisque, and an optional entrée of Spanish Red Prawn Kadaif. Expect an eclectic fusion of French and Italian coastal flavour with their five-course Valentine’s Day menu (HK$1488 pp). Head to Tung Chung for a momentary escape from all the other lovebirds to indulge in the romantic V-day menus at the Silveri Hong Kong-MGallery Hotel in Tung Chung, designed by Chef Stéphane Guillas. Chef Stéphane's menu begins with bouche of cheese puff gougères, Comté cheese, and smoked salmon blinis, followed by a seafood platter of seasonal 'fruit de mers' of oysters, shrimps, whelks and boston lobster. For mains, one can indulge in traditional quail pithivier pie with decadent foie gras, and end with a French gourmet dessert finale of vacherin flambé meringue.
