Where to Eat Kosher Food in Hong Kong

Hong Kong is home to over 4,000 Jews, religious and non-religious, hailing from the United States, Israel, the United Kingdom, and France. The city’s largest Jewish community and synagogue, Ohel Leah Synagogue, and the accompanying Jewish Community Centre (JCC) cater to the modern Orthodox residents, whilst four other communities host events and festivals for the Lubavitch, modern Orthodox, and reform Jew.
Whilst Hong Kong is not as Jewish – and kosher – as world cities such as Tel Aviv, New York, or London, the city has a few spots for Jewish travellers, residents, and businessmen to indulge in some tasty kosher meals.
Don’t stress, though! We have collected every single restaurant and market where you can find kosher food to dine in, takeaway, and cook at home:
Seven Zero
Seven Zero is the JCC’s dedicated dairy-kitchen restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks to members of the JCC and Ohel Leah Synagogue, and visiting Jews.
The restaurant offers a wide selection of dairy dishes, from veggie wraps and salads to Italian pasta and pizza. Every Sunday, a brunch buffet is held with the most delicious dairy treats, including Caprese Pizza (HK$175), Smoked Salmon Bagel (HK$135), and their exclusive Seven Zero Tuna Melt (HK$120).
JCC members can enjoy a 20% discount off all menu items. Note that only members or friends and family of members can use the discount, with Jews and friends of Jews able to use the restaurant.
Seven Zero is open 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday to Thursday, and closes early at 2:30 PM on Fridays in preparation for Shabbat.

Located on the fourth floor of the JCC building on Robinson Road, Sabra also offers a 20% discount on food for members dining in.
