Where to get Vegan Food in Hong Kong 1

Many might think that living a vegan lifestyle in Hong Kong is a challenge, but it’s easier than you think! Veganism is becoming a popular way of life, not only for millennials but also for boomers and centennials (aka Gen Z).

Studies show that a vegan diet reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease, and Type 2 diabetes since it is generally considered to be higher in fiber and lower in cholesterol.

The trend of eating less meat and consuming plant-based meals has increased and Hong Kong is following suit to meet the consumer’s demands. From restaurants, supply stores, and even vegan ice cream, we’ve made a list of where to get vegan food here in Hong Kong.
