Hong Kong Park, spanning 8.16 hectares, officially opened in May 1991 on the site of the former Victoria Barracks garrison. The park preserves historical buildings like the Flagstaff House, now the Flagstaff House Museum of Teaware, Rawlinson House, Wavell House, and Cassels Block, showcasing the area's rich heritage. The park features an artificial lake, a waterfall, Olympic Square, a Tai Chi Garden, and a unique aviary with a raised walkway. It also has a Conservation Corner for dragonflies and is home to free-living squirrels.
