Founded by Zahir Mohamed, a sixth-generation artisan baker from Cape Town, Baked offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a focus on quality food and community. Inspired by his grandmother's love for baking and care for people, Zahir brought his 50-year-old sourdough starter to Hong Kong in 2017 to create a place where delicious baked goods and positive energy come together.
