Spanish School Hong Kong Opens Secondary Programme in Tai Po
The Spanish School Hong Kong (SSHK) is extending its trilingual learning environment with the grand opening of its secondary school in Tai Po, allowing primary students to pursue their education up until Year 13.
SSHK’s secondary programme follows the Cambridge International Curriculum from Year 7. Depending on their exposure, students can learn Spanish and Chinese as either their first or foreign language. By Year 13, learners will be equipped to think independently, apply knowledge and understanding to both new and familiar situations, think logically, present reasoned explanations, and communicate effectively in English, among other skills.
“Together with my dream team, we have turned ‘mission impossible’ into possible again, to make this dream school a reality,” said SSHK founder and principal Adriana Chan about the campus’ grand opening.
At SSHK, students need to study at least three subjects in Year 13 at A-Level, alongside the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
