Experience Design

Carnaby Fair is redefining creative education in Hong Kong through hands-on collaboration with schools, NGOs, and institutions. GTM Hong Kong & Greater Bay Strategy

Carnaby Fair's mission is to spotlight underrepresented artists in Hong Kong by offering them a platform and visibility to showcase their work and build sustainable careers. An example was Mr. Yim, also known as The Plumber King, whose typographical graffiti made its gallery debut at the 2021 SUBXTURE exhibition, where he sold his first piece for US$6,500. Urban Revitalization Project

First launched in 2021, SUBXTURE (formerly SUB9TURE) has evolved into more than just an art show. It stands as a grassroots outlet for local creative expression by reclaiming physical and cultural space for Hong Kong's creative community. The annual exhibition highlights 100% local talent, focusing on Hong Kong's subculture through a raw, authentic lens.
