Love 21 Foundation is a registered charity in Hong Kong dedicated to empowering the Down syndrome, autistic, and neurodiverse communities through comprehensive sports, nutrition, and holistic support programmes. Our strength-based approach ensures every member and their family has the opportunity to thrive.

Since our founding, Love 21 has experienced substantial growth, now serving over 680 families with nearly 900 sessions and activities each month. We are a non-government subvented organization, meaning our operations are entirely funded by the generosity of corporate and public support. All our programmes are provided completely free of charge to our members.
Opportunities for Neurodiverse Community
The neurodiverse community in Hong Kong faces widespread misunderstanding and far fewer opportunities in learn, work, and social inclusion.
Love 21 works to change this narrative by providing almost 100 types of healthy activities for our members, including diverse sports, dance, art, music, and life skills that build healthy lives and confidence, while creating visible, meaningful roles for our members in everyday community life. Family Support
We believe strong families make strong individuals, so Love 21 extends support beyond members to caregivers. Through our parent-inclusive classes, counselling, peer networks, and regular community events, we share practical strategies and create a warm, understanding space where the whole family can grow together. Education Through CSR & Outreach
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and outreach initiatives turn one‑off volunteering into lasting learning about neurodiversity.
Companies and community groups can participate in our activity sessions with neurodiverse members. These initiatives help the public understand neurodiversity and build meaningful connections, while also enabling our members and families to participate and integrate into the community. Learn More
Allowing Our Members to Shine
When given the right platform, neurodiverse members excel. Love 21 supports our members to compete in Special Olympics and many other open competitions, as well as showcasing their talents through our annual Celebration of Ability. We also arrange performances by invitation at events and corporate functions. Every stage, medal, and applause helps the public see ability first and disability second. Learn More
