1. LKHUB Presents Naughty Easter Free-flow Night at Boomerang

Mega party planners and meme-makers LKFhub are back again for their next 2023 hitter to celebrate this long and hot Easter weekend with a naughty night of free-flow drinks and good vibes in Boomerang Club.

Free-flow drinks last one and half hours starting from midnight, so haul yourself to Boomerang for a night of thumping EDM, hip-hop, trap, and rap tunes whilst you knock back those drinks for a wicked night!

2. Easter Bunny Disco Party Hosted at Glitzy, Glammed Petticoat Lane

What’s hotter than dressing up as a bunny and bopping around to some egg-cellent tunes (their pun, not ours!) at Petticoat Lane for a stunning and colourful Easter weekend bash in Lan Kwai.

Points are being awarded to patrons with the fluffiest, cutest, and most colourful outfits to match the 1980s disco theme, alongside drag queens and dancers to get you in the mood for a beautiful Saturday night.

3. BLCKOUT4 Hosts DJ Minou4real and Kofi Beam at The Aftermath’s ‘African Fever Night’

One of Hong Kong’s spiciest African-centric music theme nights is back, baby. At The Aftermath, BLCKOUT4 will call back Hong Kong-based DJs MINOU4REAL and Kofi Beam to lay down tracks all night in the music haven.

Expect all genres on the night, including special Caribbean and African-inspired afrobeat tunes, afrohouse, coupe decale, where French and African music and dance meet, and Ndombolo tunes coming out of Central Africa. Do not miss this one, people!

4. Yeah Show! Celebrating ‘Jesus Resurrected’ with Hong Kong Hip Hop at Department & Co.

To celebrate Easter is to celebrate Jesus, the legend who turned water into wine, and brought grace with music and alcohol. For this special Easter weekend, music group SLEPT BASE invites a stellar cast of trap, rap, and tech DJs and performers to bring the holiday back to basics with liquor flowing all night!

Among a legendary line-up performing at Department & Co., local legend TXMIYAMA joins members of Yack Studio, TAOTAO, and 9Rapcord to represent the next generation of tune-makers in Hong Kong.

5. DJ Fabsabs Presents Cantomania Vol. 4 at Mihn Club Celebrating Cantopop Golden Era

Guest DJ Fabsabs at Mihn Club is celebrating the Easter weekend with a specially organised Sunday party showcasing Hong Kong mixers’ collection of Cantonese music from the ‘80s, ‘90s, and 2000s.

Make your way down to Sheung Wan for unique mixes and remixes of his collection of Cantopop classics out of the golden era—from Anita Mui, Sam Hui, and Paradox to modern singers Kelly Chen, Cookies, and Joey Yung.

6. BlocPartyGroup x Zeus Present Made in Hong Kong Rap Showcase

Zeus is hosting BlocPartyGroup, Hong Kong’s homegrown collective of trap stars and rappers, for a special Made in Hong Kong showcase of top rappers spitting heavy bars this weekend.

BlocPartyGroup brings UziKid repping FtGang with some raw drill sounds, Baby O performing his hit new track “In The Fu Tai,” and Har$h G and Gong! of Good4Tune Records previewing newly released tracks “ABCD” and “Mink”!

7. DJ Radikal Guru Hosts Kwun Tong Rave with Hong Kong Reggae Artists

If you fancy trekking a bit further than your usual haunts to catch this rave, you better send yourself to Kwun Tong, where the legendary Radikal Guru, a.k.a Moonshine Recordings, will be stopping over for a night of massive tunes and dub-plate mixes.

The 15grams x HEAVYHK night invites local dub, reggae, and jungle reps Heavy HK Sound, Mouse FX, Changa, Fergus, Sean.uni, and Chakka C for a night not to miss! Get that Uber booked already.

8. Musician Jitwam Plays at Terrible Baby for Mega Asia Tour

Indian-born and New York/London-based producer Jitwam makes his way to Terrible Baby bar space on Thursday for his first Hong Kong stopover on his Asia tour to spread his love for jazz, R&B, and psychedelic soul tunes.

Brought to Eaton with the support of K-Melo, Jitwam is playing a DJ set representing his music of a life on the move and multi-transnational identities, seeing hip-hop meet soul and funk meet soft house.

9. Taiwan’s Starry DJ RayRay Makes Her First 2023 Showing in Hong Kong

Hailing from the opposite side of the South China Sea, DJ RayRay from Taiwan returns to Hong Kong after a showing in December 2022 to bring the fierce electricity and fire she is known for in Asia with hard EDM tracks.

With Steve Aoki tipping RayRay as a star on the international scene, RayRay ranked 13th in DJane Top 100 2022 and was the only Taiwanese DJ to perform at Tomorrowland in Belgium.

10. DJ Russell Doctrove Hosts angry child Oma Night with Mengzy and Jack Byrne

Born and raised in Hong Kong, DJ Russell Doctrove lands back at his home of Oma for the first angry child event at the nightclub. This is a multi-sensory pop event joining his love for 1990s electronic rave music, food, sake, and dancing.

Showcasing a variety of techno and house tunes over four years hosting parties in Hong Kong, angry child invites Jack Byrne and Mengzy to the line-up for a banging night on Saturday.
