Chen Style Tai Chi Institute
A well-known tai chi school in Hong Kong, Chen Style Tai Chi Institute i is open for local residents and foreign visitors to experience the traditional tai chi in Hong Kong. They offer basic, intensive training, health and healing, and private courses. The class schedule lasts about 1.5 hours and a t-shirt must be worn during the session.

Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy
This academy is an international federation founded in 1995 based in Canada by Grand Master Wu Yan Hsia, Grand Master Wu Tai Sin, and Grand Master Eddie Wu in a bid to preserve the lineage of the wu style tai chi chuan practice. The wu style comprises of 108 movements that are helpful in promoting health, serenity, and self-defence. Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy offers “relaxed and friendly” courses categorised into beginners, intermediate, and advanced classes led by certified instructors.

Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD)
Hong Kong’s Leisure and Cultural Services Department organizes monthly district sports programmes for community recreation. They offer almost all activity types including tai chi classes. This November 2021, there are more than 50 free tai chi classes available for kids and seniors but with limited slots only.

Taichi Place
A professional studio that teaches tai chi in Hong Kong, Tai Chi Place seeks to promote the health benefits of Chinese martial art regardless of age, race, and culture. The studio was established in 2006 by a group of skilled instructors in tai chi and endurance exercises, and has been offering different courses since then:
· Tai chi Hand Form – designed for beginners and is focused on using the “Simplified Wu Form of 6 Steps" or “Yang Style 4 Steps.”
· Tai chi Pushing Hands – a self-defence type of tai chi training that requires two persons to practice.
