Bank of China Hong Kong (BOCHK) is teaming up with the beloved Ocean Park Water World to host "TrendyToo SPLASH!", the city's first-ever multi-sensory immersive water concert on Sept. 9.
This splashy concert boasts a lineup of local talent in the pop genre, with plenty of fun beats and dancing to match. Featured artists include teen idol Gigi Yim, dancer-singer Yumi Chung, soothing crooner and "Banking TrendyToo" ambassador Aska Cheung, Roberto Madan of entertainment collective Manner, vibrant girl group Lolly Talk, as well as ex-competitor of reality competition show King Maker V, Jason Loi on the drums.
Set to unfold at the Horizon Cove of Ocean Park Water World, this event promises to be more than just a concert. The venue will be transformed into a vibrant party zone where attendees can enjoy the music while lounging on floaties. The added dazzle of kaleidoscopic lighting effects and water-fuelled fun only intensifies the summertime excitement.

The wait is over, Buddies! Following the announcement of their reunion comeback, K-Pop girl group GFRIEND unveiled that they will be holding their 10th anniversary tour in Asia, including a stop in Hong Kong!
In an announcement posted on the group’s Weverse page and social media channels, GFRIEND’s concert is scheduled to stop by Hong Kong on Mar. 14, 2025.
According to organizer Applewood, tickets to the group’s Hong Kong stop will be available starting Jan. 10 via KKTIX, with prices ranging from HK$999 to HK$1,899.
Aside from Hong Kong, the “Me Gustas Tu” hitmakers will also hold their anniversary tour in Seoul on Jan. 18, followed by stops in Osaka on March 9, Yokohama on March 11, and Taipei on March 29 next year.
Prior to the tour, GFRIEND is also set to make their reunion comeback with their special album, “Season of Memories,” on Jan. 13, along with a pre-release track on Jan. 6. This marks the group’s first comeback in almost five years, since the release of “MAGO” in 2020.
In 2021, news of GFRIEND’s disbandment shook the K-Pop world after their agency, Source Music, announced the members' departure from the company. Earlier this year, however, the agency announced the group’s reunion to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
GFRIEND made their debut in 2015 with the pop track “Glass Bead.” Throughout their career, the group has achieved significant milestones with hit songs like “Rough,” “Navillera,” “Time for the Moon Night,” and more.
