A sea of glowing lanterns awaits at Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival 2026 from Sept. 17-27, 2026, at Victoria Park. Wander through spectacular illuminated displays that light up each evening from 6:30 PM to 11 PM, with extended viewing until midnight on Sept. 25, while discovering the stories behind Mid-Autumn traditions through lantern-making demonstrations and hands-on workshops.
The festivities continue with the Mid-Autumn Lighting Installation running from Sept. 17 to Oct. 11 at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza, plus the inclusive "We Dance, We Care" performance on Sept. 27 at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Foyer. Admission to all activities is free of charge.
World Cup 2026 Charity Football Tournament

As the ferry glides across Victoria Harbour, works by Justin Hui, Simon Liu, Daphné Mandel, and Angela Yuen explore memory, identity, history, and cultural change through immersive light and film installations.
Framed by the city skyline, this site-specific exhibition transforms a familiar crossing into a thought-provoking journey through Hong Kong’s past and present. Children Art Tech Music Theatre - 5 Elements East West
Follow the trail of Children Art Tech Music Theatre - 5 Elements East West on Sept. 19, 20, 26, and 27, 2026, at Theatre, Sheung Wan Civic Centre, with performances at 11 AM and 4 PM. This imaginative family experience blends immersive theatre, arts technology, live music, and interactive storytelling inspired by Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth.
Featuring a reimagined version of "The Magic Flute" with Cantonese lyrics and a fusion of Chinese and Western music, the adventure continues beyond the stage with an element-themed treasure hunt through Central and Sheung Wan.
