Vanessa Cheung, Group Managing Director of Nan Fung Group, states "AIRSIDE is the flagship development project of Nan Fung Group. It embodies our commitment to fostering a community in which tenants can achieve their sustainability and social goals with people-centric designs and facilities. The current leasing momentum is also a testament to the market’s resurging confidence post-pandemic."

Additionally, AIRSIDE's 700,000 sqft. mall is set to offer visitors a brand new one-stop shopping experience, with a dedicated MTR exit that will come into operation in conjunction with the mall’s soft opening.

What’s more, the complex will be introducing Hong Kong’s first-ever smart bicycle parking system, equipped with 48 parking spaces. All of AIRSIDE’s 850 car parking spaces have also been equipped with electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities, encouraging greater opportunities for sustainable drivers. Building on the focus of environmental sustainability, the building also houses a 4,000 sqft. urban farm home to over 50 varieties of produce, grown to be supplied to F&B outlets at the mall.

The mall also dedicates over 10,000 sq. ft. of space to art and culture, with a diverse range of exhibitions and programmes to spark dialogues and inspire imagination. The mall boasts around 40 F&B outlets, including international and local cuisines, patisseries, Instagrammable cafés, tea houses, and more.

More details on the exact opening date are to be announced. Stay tuned to the AIRSIDE website for updates.
