Shopping Mall & Office Space The Millennity to Open in Kwun Tong

Hong Kong will soon welcome a new commercial haven, as Sun Hung Kai Properties’ (SHKP) The Millennity is slated to launch this year.

Located in the vibrant Kwun Tong district in Kowloon East, the soon-to-open shopping mall will have ten floors, spanning 500,000 square feet. It will be a part of SKHP’s office development, which measures 650,000 square feet in total.

According to reports, SKHP has completed the construction of The Millennity, so Hong Kongers can look forward to its opening very soon.

The new commercial building will feature a wide array of merchants and retail spaces, plus about 400 parking spaces with electric vehicle charging units spanning four floors. Aside from the shopping mall, The Millennity will also have two 20-storey towers of Grade A offices equipped with comprehensive and high-tech facilities.

The Millennity also boasts an amazing location, as it is near over 300 restaurants, five hotels, 20 fitness centres, and a wide network of transportation options, including the 70 bus routes and the Kwun Tong and Ngau Tau Kok MTR stations.
