Dorsett Hotel's 373-Room Flagship Is Opening in Kai Tak in August 2024

Hong Kong is welcoming another hospitality wonder with the upcoming launch of Dorsett Hospitality International’s flagship hotel.

Called the Dorsett Kai Tak Kowloon Hotel, the soon-to-open property is slated to rise in Kai Tak district. It will be situated beside the 50,000-seat Kai Tak Sports Park, one of the district's main entertainment hubs.

The hotel will house 373 state-of-the-art rooms, designed with the district’s “Marina” lifestyle in mind. These rooms are expected to have pantry areas, spaces for light cooking, and connectivity features for both leisure and business travellers.

Meanwhile, the hotel’s Presidential Suite will feature a private terrace, while its Deluxe Presidential Suite is expected to have its own 10-metre lap pool. Other facilities guests can look forward to from the hotel include a grand ballroom for events, a rooftop bar, an infinity pool, and a fitness centre, among others.

For enthusiastic diners, the hotel will also offer various fine cuisine options. This includes the All-Day Sichuan Spanish Restaurant, which will serve fusion fares, and the Jin Bo Law Bar, which will offer expertly crafted cocktails and beverages.
