Celebrate CNY at Carlsberg Bazaars and Enjoy Free Beer and Merch

Looking for a fun way to welcome the Chinese New Year? Join Carlsberg in ushering the Year of the Dragon at their “Brewing Prosperity Together” CNY Bazaars until Feb. 4, where you can get free beers and enjoy fun activities throughout the venue.

Upon entering the bazaar, guests can claim one free Carlsberg to enjoy before exploring the event. For an additional free drink, you must conquer their four dragon challenges (AR games) scattered throughout the venue. This is your ticket to get an exclusive opportunity to tap your own beer!

At the bazaar, you can also check out some exclusive Carlsberg CNY merchandise like Chinese gaming sets by TNTCO, limited-edition fashion wear by DISSYCO, and even special CNY charms by Gumme. Bring all these home by taking on the “Drumming Prosperity Together” challenge!

For the Instagram folks out there, you can visit their photobooth corner and capture fun and cute shots with your pals. After that, you can savour yummy snacks like cookies, skewers, and sandwiches at the pop-up stalls in the area.

If you’re into crafting your own alcoholic beverage, you can also join their cocktail workshop at the CarlsBar to experiment with a “Fortune” cocktail conceptualised by mixologist Jason Julia. Here, you can enjoy performances from talented DJs and buskers too! On weekends, feel free to explore other free workshops, such as creating neon lights, painting coasters, and making your own charms.

Carlsberg is hosting two bazaars in two locations: one in 1 Utama, Petaling Jaya, and another in Gurney Paragon, Penang. The one in Petaling Jaya is open from 10 AM to 10 PM, while the other in Penang is open from 11 AM to 11 PM.
