Indulgent European Fares Await at the New Cierto Pub in Parqal

Aseana City’s newest shopping destination, Parqal Mall, has recently welcomed an intimate dining spot in its space, offering a wide array of European fares.

Called Cierto, the newly opened restaurant and pub serves hearty food from the vibrant continent, including mouthwatering dishes from Romania, Ireland, Greece, and Austria, among many others.

Some of the dishes to try out here are the Reuben Sandwich (P785), a jam-packed dish inspired by the pastrami sandwiches of Romania, the Fresh Corned Beef and Cabbage (P785) from Ireland, and the Pork Schnitzel and Mash (P695) inspired by Austria’s schnitzels.

To top it off, the resto-pub also serves delicious Berenjana Crujiente (P285) for appetizers, Burnt Basque Cheesecake (P265) for dessert, and Seafood Pasta Negra (P585). Of course, a visit to Cierto would not be complete without taking a sip of their cocktails, beers, fruit shakes, whiskeys, and more alcoholic spirits.
