OPM and Beyond: Fusion 11.11 Thrills Manila With Music, Festivities, & More
A lineup of spectacular artists, fun activities, and an exciting moment spent together has dawned on Manila with “Fusion: The Philippine Music Festival” lighting up the CCP Open Grounds on Nov. 11.
Featuring some of the top OPM artists in the country, including KZ Tandingan, Bamboo, Mahalima (SB19), Gloc-9, Arthur Nery, Morisette, 6Cyclemind, Adie, Gracenote, Hey June, Denise Julia, Shanti Dope, and Al James, the festival gave its spectators a treat with a mix of slow tunes and heart-pounding beats.
Adding a dynamic layer to the event were the performances of the NU Dance Company and dance group D’Grind, who showcased their energetic and cool moves to thousands of people attending the festival.
Giving its audiences a whole experience, Fusion also featured various engaging activities, ranging from interactive installations to captivating booths. All of these were brought by the event’s sponsor brands, such as Coca-Cola, Fudgee Barr, Chevrolet, Max’s Restaurant, Hapee Toothpaste, Dazz Dishwashing, Embassy Whisky, Watsons Philippines, Jack Daniel’s, and Chill Spiked Spirit.
But more than vibing to OPM and engaging in fun activities, the audiences were filled with laughter and smiles while singing and dancing together with their peers and loved ones — a manifestation of the festival’s true purpose of celebrating freedom and unity.
The fun does not stop there. Building on the success of Fusion 11.11, “Road to Fusion: La Union” and “Fusion 2024” are also set to be staged very soon!
