If you get a chance to watch “Rewind” again, would you do it? If yes, then good news for you! The Metro Manila Film Festival box office sensation is coming to Netflix on March 25.

In an Instagram post by the streaming giant, they announced that the film is arriving on their platform soon with a caption, “Sa susunod na habang buhay…ay mapapanood niyo na ang Rewind, starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, sa Netflix! Arriving on March 25.” (In the next lifetime... You'll get to watch 'Rewind,' starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, on Netflix!)

“Rewind” follows John (Dantes), who tries to make up for lost time after his wife is killed in an accident. Desperate to bring back his wife Mary (Rivera) to life and make things right with his son, he crosses paths with Lods (Pepe Herrera), who gives him the chance to start again and make amends to his family. Little did he know, this possibility comes with a costly consequence.

According to Star Cinema, the film earned a gross total of P900 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing Filipino of all time and surpassing Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo’s 2019 hit movie “Hello, Love, Goodbye.” The Star Cinema film, directed by Mae Cruz Alviar, premiered in theaters across the country as an official entry to the 49th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
