From the explosive artist lineup down to the essential survival hacks, here’s everything you need to dive into Manila’s most epic water music festival yet!
What is Waterbomb Festival?
The Waterbomb Festival is an annual music festival organized by Volume Unit Entertainment. It was first launched in 2015 in Seoul, South Korea, and has since expanded to other cities around the globe. The festival features a variety of local and international artists performing a mix of music and dance stages in the K-Pop, Hip-Hop, and EDM (Electronic Dance Music) genres.
But what makes this festival unique is that it includes various water-based activities such as water cannons, water gun fights, pool parties, zip-lining, bungee jumping, and more! So yes, you will get wet!
Additionally, festival-goers are divided into two teams (blue and yellow) depending on their artist of choice, and each team will go head-to-head in a massive water fight event where one team will reign supreme by the end of the festival. It’s part concert, part battlefield, and 100% pure fun and chaos in the best way!
Waterbomb Manila 2025: What, When, & Where?
Manila music fans will have their turn to experience this one-of-a-kind festival on Feb. 22 and 23 at the Quirino Grandstand, Pasay City. Apart from the top-tier artists set to light up the water stage that weekend, the event also hosts a variety of experiences such as photo booths to commemorate your day, a lively pop-up zone featuring a variety of retail stalls, and a vast food zone packed with food vendors to keep your energy up for the entire weekend!
Gates open at noon with the first performance starting at 2:50 PM on Saturday and 2:30 PM on Sunday. Both festival days last until 11:10 PM.
We also got a little sneak peek at the event venue and by the looks of the massive stage being built, this weekend is about to get wet and wild!

Getting There
You can either go by private or public transportation. We’d recommend point-to-point options like getting a taxi or booking through car-hailing or ride-sharing apps such as GRAB or Angkas. Simply tell the driver to take you to “Quirino Grandstand” or “Rizal Park.”
If you wish to take public transport, ride the Monumento-Baclaran jeepneys which will take you to the Grandstand, or take the LRT Line 1 and get off at the United Nations Station. From there, it's a short walk to the venue.
Parking is sparse around the area and can get full, especially on weekends, but there are available paid parking spaces in the vicinity and nearby attractions, which are a five-minute walk to the venue.
Address: 1000 Independence Rd, Ermita Manila, Metro Manila 1000
