Intramuros Administration Introduces Fun Activities for Women’s Month

Get ready, gals! In celebration of International Women’s Month, the Intramuros Administration has prepared exciting activities for you and your friends throughout March, as announced in a Facebook post on March 1.
For International Women’s Day, the Intramuros Administration is stepping up to give ladies free entry to all popular tourist sites, including Fort Santiago, Baluarte de San Diego, Casa Manila Museum, Museo de Intramuros, and more on March 8.
On March 16 and 17, there will be a mini-weaving workshop in partnership with Hibla PH, where participants can get hands-on experience in using mini looms, delve into the basics of weaving, and craft their own miniature textile masterpieces. Led by fashion designer Lira Cardona, the event is priced at P999 per session per person.
During Sundays of the month except on March 31, you can enjoy a cultural show titled “Dalaw at Sayaw” at Fort Santiago every 4 PM or join “Cleantramuros” at Plaza Roma every 8 AM.
Explore and discover the heritage of the walls of Intramuros with your friends. For more information, follow the Intramuros Administration’s Facebook page.
