Fully Booked Opens Second Kinokuniya Collab Store at SM Mall of Asia
Heads up, bookworms! Fully Booked x Kinokuniya has officially opened its second store in the Philippines, and it’s a literary haven for avid readers and enthusiasts of Japanese reads.
In a Facebook post by Fully Booked last Dec. 15, they announced that their newest Fully Booked x Kinokuniya store is now open and stocked full of best-selling Japanese and English-translated manga, literature, art books and language books, bookish merch, and more.
Founded in 1927, Books Kinokuniya is Japan’s largest bookstore chain. They are known for their collection of Japanese books and magazines, along with gifts and stationery items.
The first Fully Booked x Kinokuniya store opened its doors last November 2022 in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), but the recently opened branch is much larger in floor space. Located on the third floor of the Main Mall of SM Mall of Asia, the second branch has a retail space of 318 square meters, with half of it dedicated to Japanese reads.
Aside from Japanese books, the new store still offers a wide selection for readers of other genres such as non-fiction, self-help, philosophy, romance, art, and more.
Head over to their newest branch today to check out their available books or shop via Fully Booked’s website.
