Philippine Book Festival Returns for its Second Edition This April
Dust off your shelves, mark your calendars, and prepare your wallets, bibliophiles! Following its successful run in Manila in June and Davao in August last year, the Philippine Book Festival (PBF) is returning for its second edition this April.
Happening from April 25-28 at the World Trade Center, the country's largest traveling book fair will offer a vast collection of titles, along with meet-and-greet sessions with renowned Filipino authors and exciting experiences.
There will also be workshops, talks, exhibitions, and many more surprises for book-loving kids and adults alike in the event’s four main stations: Kid Lit, composed mostly of literary pieces for children; Komiks, composed of Pinoy comic books; Aral Aklat, which has textbooks and learning materials; and Booktopia, which consists of fiction and non-fiction titles.
The best thing about this festival is that tickets are free, so you can bring all your fellow bookworms! To register and get your free passes, click here.
PBF 2024 is made possible by the National Book Development Board. To learn more about the event and what’s in store for you, visit PBF’s website or follow their Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok pages.
