Daiso Singapore to Launch 3-in-1 Concept Store at Jurong Point

Daiso Singapore is slated to soft-launch a three-in-one concept store at Jurong Point today, May 24.

In social media posts yesterday, the Japanese budget retail chain said the new outlet consists of three sections: Daiso for daily necessities, Standard Products for minimalist and eco-friendly items, and Threeppy for more feminine products.

This is Daiso Singapore’s 28th branch in the city-state and is the Japanese brand’s second concept store in the world.

Shoppers can head over to the new outlet at 6 PM on May 24 for the soft opening. As part of the launch, the branch will give limited-edition tote bag for a minimum single-receipt purchase of S$30.

Daiso Singapore began implementing a 15-tier pricing system last month, breaking away from its popular S$2 promo on most products. The new pricing ranges from S$2.14 to S$25.47, which takes into account the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
