Singapore Airshow Returns to Skies on Feb. 15-18
The biennial Singapore Airshow will showcase eight flying displays and flypasts from four military planes and two commercial companies in a four-day event that will be streamed live on Facebook.
The aerobatic flying displays, which comprise six solo and two team performances, include the debut of Indian Air Force's HAL Tejas light combat aircraft. It will also see the return to the skies of the Republic of Singapore Air Force on the F16C and AH-64D aircraft.
Other performances are from the Indonesian Air Force Jupiter Aerobatics Team, the United States Air Force, United States Marine Corps, as well as European plane maker Airbus and its U.S. counterpart, Boeing.
The 2022 Singapore Airshow is scheduled on Feb. 15 to 18 at the Changi Exhibition Centre. Due to the pandemic, public visits are suspended but organisers will live-stream the aerial performances on Facebook.
