24Karat Mao Shan Wang Durian Cheese Cake by Ms. Durian

Ms. Durian Specialty Bakery & Cafe is the brainchild of Ling Goh and Jeslyn Tan. The pair debuted in the world of pastries in March 2019 as they experimented and delivered high-quality handmade durian confectioneries that locals now love.

Their 24Karat Mao Shan Wang Durian Cheese Cake is made with a crumbled cookie and browned butter base, Mao Shan Wang durian encased in a velvety cheese mousse, and a touch of 24-karat pure gold leaf. It comes in two sizes — 9cm (S$25) and 15cm (S$88) — with a durian intensity of 5/5. Other durian products you can order from their shop are coffee, macarons, sponge cake, craquelin, ice cream, cream puffs, and milk pudding.

Ms. Durian is open from Wednesday to Monday, 10 AM to 6 PM. For more details, visit their website or follow their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
