Bite Into Tokyo's Beloved Sandwich Cookie at Press Butter Sand's SG Outlet

PSA, Singaporean foodies! You can now buy the popular sandwich cookie from Tokyo, as dessert brand Press Butter Sand has finally arrived in the Lion City!

Located at the Takashimaya Shopping Centre along Orchard Road, the new outlet, launched on Dec. 8, is Press Butter Sand’s first in Singapore. This is in addition to the brand’s overseas stores, including those in Gangnam, South Korea and SOGO Causeway Bay in Hong Kong.

The brand brings its delightful treats and unique take on sandwich cookies to Singapore, including its square-shaped, flavour-filled cookies.

So far, only the brand’s signature original, matcha, and classic chocolate flavours are available at the Takashimaya outlet. Prices for these offerings go as low as S$22.50 for five pieces for the original flavour, while the matcha and chocolate flavours cost S$24 for five pieces.

Press Butter Sand was first launched in 2017 at Tokyo Station. The brand rose to popularity and became a foodie favourite for its exquisite cookies, made with the Hasami-yaki baking technique to achieve fine texture and taste.
